A 74-year-old woman died Wednesday following a three-car crash in Westminster, Westminster Police said.The crash happened about 4 p.m. around Route 31 and Uniontown Road. Police said a 2002 Saturn, driven by Michael A. Johnson, 31, of Union Bridge was traveling north on Route 31 when he didn t stop at a red light, and collided with the back of a Toyota Corolla driven by Silverio V. Lopez, 29, of Westminster.Johnson then crossed the center line and hit a 2016 Dodge driven by Margaret A.
