BALTIMORE 鈥?An East Baltimore shooting Friday morning injured at least four people, and two more were hurt in a subsequent car crash, in a scenes that spanned several blocks not far from Johns Hopkins Hospital in the city s Eastside. At about 2:30 a.m., police received a Shot Spotter alert sending them to the 2500 block of East Biddle Street to investigate gunfire in the area near the city s Berea and Biddle Street neighborhoods.
