Dunkerton has been appointed to the role of product a polene italy nd brand director.Under the company s Performance Share Plan, Sutherland will receive 193,965 SuperGroup shares. This is on top of a pound;675,000 salary and up to a 150 per cent performance related bonus in cash and shares. It is a conditional award, however, which will only be made available to Sutherland after he has been with the company for three financial years. It added that there were no signs of a recovery in its main European and US markets and that it has initiated further restructuring measures.Chief financial officer Dominik de Daniel said the firm, which has already shut branches and cut jobs to protect its margins, will cut more full-time equivalent employees.The group expects to incur another euro;40m of restructuring costs in the second half, after charging euro;54m in the second quarter, euro;40m more than previously indicated.Revenue slipped 31 per cent to euro;3.6bn as firms across the world slashed their workforces, but Adecco said the pace of decline had eased in most markets during the quarter.
