The Economic Financial Crimes Commission EFCC has re-arrested former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode on Friday in Lagos.He was arrested just as he left the Federal high court premises.Fani-Kayode was first invited in May the 9th, 2016 by the anti-graft agency after his Abuja home was raided.The EFCC claimed it had the right to carry out raids as Fani-Kayode must answer for PDP campaign funds being the Director of publicity for former President Goodluck Jonathan.
