UPDATE: JAPAN 鈥?Phil and Gay Courter, the Crystal River couple that was quarantined aboard the Diamond Princess cruise ship in Japan, is headed back to the United States.The Courters boarded a charter flight to Travis Air Force Base in California Sunday. It is unclear whether the couple will stay in California or continue on to Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. The couple will undergo another two week quarantine period at one of the Air Force bases before being able to come home to Florida.
