The man was discovered alone and adrift at sea on a small makeshift float. He was reportedly unable to provide his name, identification, or address to rescuers.Images shared by the Coast Guard show the man seated calmly with a bucket and a bag on what appears to be a floating buoy or platform. It remains unclear how long he had been at sea or how he ended up in that location.
