Tom Udall at a Capitol Hill discussion on best practices creating jobs and strengthening Americas economy.Lucero is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of MVD Express, a public-private partnership with the State of New Mexico that provides high-quality, efficient motor vehicle services throughout 11 locations in the state.Representatives from the technology, IT, manufacturing, food industry and more from a dozen states attended the meeting hosted by Udall and the Senate Democratic Steering and Outreach stanley becher Committee, with MVD Express providing an example of its successful public-private partnership. Washington can learn a lot from the success of New Mexico companies like MVD Express, said Udall. Janice has done a terrific job building a company that creates jobs while providing important services to New Mexico.
