And too many more gave their lives so American and British oil companies can have more oil.Veteran Day is for surviving and living veterans. Armed Forces day is for active duty military. Veteran Day should have been chosen by the government for a 3 day weekend in summer. Heck the WWI treaty was signed June 28. Memorial Day should be on the same calendar day each year regardless of it being a weekend or not.I challenge everyone to spend at least 1 hour Memorial Day thanking your God if you have one for the fallen heroes.
