Pakistan International Airlines is seeking to lease up to four narrowbody aircraft that would be available for delivery between now and the end stanley cup  of 2018.A tender notice shows that the carrier is seeking aircraft that will be no older than 12 years at the date of delivery, and it is seeking a six-year lease term, or up to the aircrafts first 12-year check.The jets are to be configured for at least 120 seats in a dual-class layout, PIA adds.Responses to the requirement stanley us  are due by 8 January.The latest tender follows a similar one that closed on 2 November seeking up to four narrowbodies with 150 seats or more. A federal judge has partially sided with the family of a Black man who was fatally shot by a now-imprisoned white Kansas City, Missouri, police detective, ruling that the officer should not have entered the man   backyard.U.S. District Judge Beth Phillips ruled Wednesday that Eric DeValkenaere violated 26-year-old Cameron Lambs Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizure by entering his property in 2019 without a warrant or other legal reason to be there.However, Phillips declined to issue a summary judgment on the family   claim that the ensuing shooting amounted to excessive force, and made no immediate decision on any damages in the wrongful death case filed agains stanley usa t the Kansas City police board and DeValkenaere.John Coyle, an attorney for Lambs family, said they hope the ruling will force the police board to  recognize this stanley isolierkanne  tragedy and do right by Camerons family.
