COLUMBIA, S.C. -- Authorities on Wednesday were searching for an inmate they believe has made his second escape from a maximum-security South Carolina prison. Officers began searching just before 2 p.m. Wednesday for Jimmy Causey, an inmate at Lieber Correctional Institu adidas og tion, about 90 miles southeast of Columbia, according to Sommer Sharpe, spokeswoman for the Department of Corrections. A wanted poster posted to the department s social media account describes Causey, 46, as having a medium build with blue eyes and brown hair. He is 6 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 177 pounds and has a one-inch scar on the left side of his chin.
