When I became a creative director at Olgivy in the early 70s, I had men working for me as well as women, and there was really no stanley water bottle problem. But I think itrsquo going to be important for Peggy to soften a little. Shersquo scrambled her way up and had to develop a tough hide, but I think she ;ll do just fine.Mad Men gets a lot right.
