Now the Supreme Court is being asked to rule on two possible avenues for obtaining those records: congressional subpoenas and a grand jury subpoena from New York.What the Supreme Court decides could have major ramifications for presidential power. In each case, Trumprsquo lawyers have made sweeping arguments about presidential immunity from congressional oversight and criminal investigation, a position critics say places a sitting president yeezy above the law.
