A: Section eight of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, usually referred to as the Mental Health Act enables psychological health companies to compulsorily assess, treat or hospitalise individuals who've a psychological disorder and are a severe danger to themselves or others, or have a critically diminished capability to take care of themselves. Section 8 of the Mental Health (Compulsory Assessment and Treatment) Act 1992, usually referred to because the Mental Health Act permits mental health services to compulsorily assess, deal with or hospitalise folks who have a mental disorder and are a severe danger to themselves or others, or have a critically diminished capacity to take care of themselves. There are some services out there though the general public system but like all the health system there are over stretched and it can be tough entry.
