DEARBORN, Mich. 鈥?Ford is announcing plans to invest $11.4 billion to build facilities to produce electric vehicles and advanced batteries. The investment is expected to generate 11,000 new jobs. This is a transformative moment where Ford will lead Americas transition to electric vehicles and usher in a new era of clean, carbon-neutral manufacturing, said Ford Executive Chair Bill Ford in a news release. With this investment and a spirit of innovation, we can achieve goals once thought mutually exclusive 鈥?protect our planet, build great electric vehicles Americans will love stanley cup and contribute to our nations prosperity. The first facility will be known as Blue Oval City, which will be constructed on nearly 6-square-miles near Stanton, Tennessee. Billed as the largest, most advanced, most efficient auto production complex in its 118-year history, the complex will employ 6,000 people and build the next generation of electric F-Series trucks and advanc stanley cup ed batteries.The second facility will be a BlueOvalSK Battery Park built near Glendale, Kentucky. That facility will employ 5,000 people at twin battery plants that will power Ford and Lincoln EVs, according to the co stanley cup mpany. A captain with the Kalispell Police Department told MTN News there are many times officers come face to face with citizens who are experiencing the worst moments of their lives.Kalispell Police Patrol Captain Brett Corbett says officers go above and beyond their job requirements adidas campus to help those people.While officers often point people towards professional help and services, like shelters, Corbett said officers will often personally help them out.Corbett related a story of a young woman who moved to the Flathead Valley with an abusive boyfriend.After the officer responded to this domestic abuse case, he discovered asics the woman had no family, friends or money to travel back home. She had no means of getting back home, to where she came from out of state, said Corbett. And the officer gave her gas money to get home, because she didnt have an yeezy y resources, any friends, any connections here at all. Corbett said, these officers dont do this for notoriety. They dont do it for recognition, they dont tell anybody about it. And thats the goal, the goal is to, again, when you see someone in a very desperate situation and you want to help.
