Adventure ride at Universal Studios in Orlando.The Orlando Sentinel聽reports聽the boys mother Roberta Perez sued in Orange County Circuit Court and seeks at least $15,000 in damages.Attorney Edmund Normand said it appears Tiago Perezs left foot got stuck between the rides vehicle and the cement offloading area, breaking multiple bones in his toes, foot and leg.The lawsuit claims Universal knew that the  design, manufacture, testing, construction and/or operation  of t stanley cups uk he ride  created an unreasonably dangerous ride. However, the Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology Ministry is urging universities to impose sterner penalties, including disciplinary dismissal, for cases of serious misconduct.The survey 鈥?conducted from the end of last year to February 鈥?targeted 86 national and 99 public universities stanley hrnek , with a response rate of 87.6%.The data showed that 80% percent of victims were students.Among the punishments, there were 36 suspensions 鈥?the most common penalty 鈥?and four disciplinary dismi stanley de ssals.
