Two teens face rape charges, accused of sexually assaulting a female classmate inside Rockville High School on Thursday.Police arrested 17-year-old Jose O. Montano and 18- stanley botella year-old Henry Sanchez, charging both as adults.Investigators say the rape happened at the school during school hours. The victim was walking in a school hallway around 9:00 a.m. when she met Montano and Sanchez. According to her, Montano asked her to have sex with him and Sanchez. HAGERSTOWN, Md. 鈥?A Washington County Circuit Court judge was murdered outside his home Thursday evening.Sheriff s deputies were called to the 19100 block of Olde Waterford Road in Hagerstown, where they found judge Andrew Wilkinson, 52, laying in the driveway suffering from gunshot wounds.Investigators believe the shooter to be 49-year-ol stanley quencher d Pedro Argote. The handgun said to be used in the shooting was legally owned.Court records show Argote had a divorce hearing before Wilkinson earlier in the day. The judge ruled against Argote, granting his ex-wife full custody of their four young children without contact or visitation rights.
