A man who was found dead in a vacant Baltimore home on June 29 has been identified as the 18-year-old Baltimore County man who was reported missing on July 1, Baltimore County Police said.Devon Peter Ireland, of the 11900-bl stanley water bottle ock of Thurloe Drive of Lutherville-Timonium, was found dead in a vacant home on Washburn Avenue.At t stanley cup he time of his body s discovery, police were unable to identify him.
