Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle is challenging Republicans to bring their plan for oil drilling in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge to a vote.Daschle said there are plenty of other amendments to the energy bill that need to be considered, and given the importance the GOP places on the issue, he s surprised the amendment st stanley cup ill hasn t been proposed. The leading backer of drilling, Alaska Republican Frank Murkowski, says he hopes to bring it up this week.                                        But Republicans are having trouble getting a majority to support the plan.
