BALTIMORE 鈥?West Baltimore is mourning the loss of a community staple after a fatal car crash over the weekend.Family stanley cup members said 62-year-old Theresa stanley canada Jones was waiting for a bus to get home from work when a car struck and killed her at the corner of Druid Hill and North avenues.
