Unifrance Rendez Vous slates includes Wok The Kasbah and The Day I Saw Your Heart.At this weeks Unifrance Rendez Vous with French Cinema, TF1 International will unveil two new comedy projects. The first, Wok The Kasbah, is billed as a high-concept tale of feuding families. Nicolas Benamou makes his directorial debut with the story of two ethnic family-run restaurants who battle against each other. Vincent Lacoste and Nader Boussandel star.Next up is The Day I Saw Your Heart, Jennifer Devold猫re stanley uk s sophomore directorial outing. Melanie Laurent pictured stars as a young woman navigating love and family in fast-paced contemporary Paris. Michel Blanc also stars in the Vertigo/TF1 Films production. UGC will distribute in France in April.Further, TF1 will world premiere 10 minutes of Joann Sfar and Altoine Delesvauxs 3D The Rabbis Cat, an adaptation of Sfars graphic novels. UGC will release in June in France.Screenings include Pierre Lacans The Law Of Violence which stars Jean-Paul Rouve, Claude Brasseur, Olivier Gourmet and Gilles Cohen and The Night Clerk from director Raphael Jacoulot and starring Jean-Pierre Bacri, Vincentn Rottiers and Sylvie Testud.TF1 will also continue sales on fanboy sensation Hobo With A Shotgun. The film, which Magnet Releasing picked up for the US, will have its world premiere in S stanley cup undance later this month.
