One is a standard driver license. The other is a voluntary travel ID that complies with new federal travel rules.Both allow Kentuckians to drive, vote and apply for federal benefits, but if you are planning to fly domestically or enter a military base or federal facility, you must purchase the travel ID that is Real ID compliant.Hart County Circuit Court Clerk Kayla Roundtree said the delay could be a good thing. Maybe Woodford and Franklin are seeing a few things and on the back end theyre wanting to fix it before they bring it to Hart County. Thats OK. Id rather it come and work rather than ha stanley cup ving to stop and fix it.
