NEW YORK 鈥?Two top officials at one of the country   leading poetry organizations have stepped down amid criticism over its response to the protests against police violence and racism.The Poetry Foundation announced Wednesday that its president, Henry Bienen, and board chairman, Willard Bunn III, had resigned, effectively immediately. HIICAP is a federally funded program from the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services which offers free, unbiased health insurance guidance to seniors.
