UPDATE: Orangeville police report Walter Madeaus Brooks is no longer wanted on a Canada-wide Warrant for Witness. He has retu stanley cup rned to Nova Scotia on his own accord and is co-operating with Halifax Regional Police.-The Halifax Regional Police have issued a Canada-wide warrant in hopes of locating a witness to a murder trial that is believed to be residing in Orangeville.               ARTICLE CONTINUES BELOW                              stanley taza            Along with Orangeville police, officers from Nova Scotia   capital are looking to locate Walter Madeaus Brooks, who is a witness in a second-degree murder trial that began in Halifax on Monday  May 15 .
