One dead after accident on Mason HeadleyApril 20, 2016 36Pab, LEXINGTON, Ky.WTVQ   Lexington Police say one person has died after an accident on Mason Headley Road about 8:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.Officers say a white pickup truck heading towards Versailles Road crossed over the double line and hit a black Saturn SUV head-on.The driver of the Saturn, John Kenton Fairchild, died after being taken to UK Hospital, according to the Fayette Co.
