KENOSHA 鈥?Jacob Blake s attorneys filed a federal lawsuit Thursday against theyeezy Kenosha police officer who shot him seven times in the back last summer, leading to massive protests and unrest in Wisconsin and across the country.The Kenosha County District Attorney, Michael Graveley, declinedto file criminal charges against the officer, Rusten Sheskey, last January, seven months after the shooting.Blake was sent to the hosp airmax ital, paralyzed from the waist down.
